Toss the Brussels sprouts with 1 tablespoon olive oil, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
Place the Brussels sprouts directly into the preheated air fryer basket.
Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 375°F and time to 10 minutes, then press Start/Pause. Shake the Brussels sprouts halfway through cooking.
Place the remaining tablespoon olive oil, sliced shallot, Fresno chile, and coriander seeds in a small saucepan and place over medium heat. Sauté for 4 minutes, then add the vinegar, honey, bay leaf, and remaining ¼ teaspoon of salt.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until mixture is reduced and syrupy. Add the dried cranberries to the saucepan and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the cranberry agrodolce from heat and discard the bay leaf.
Remove the Brussels sprouts when done and crispy, then place into a serving bowl. Drizzle the cranberry agrodolce over the hot Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
Serve the Brussels sprouts warm or at room temperature.
