 - Blooming Artichokes


  1. Step 1

    Trim the ends off the artichokes and peel back the rough outer leaves. Slice each artichoke in half lengthwise, then rub each half with the lemon to prevent browning.
  2. Step 2

    Steam the artichoke halves for 15-20 minutes, or until fork tender.
  3. Step 3

    Combine the olive oil, garlic, zest of ½ a lemon, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Step 4

    Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket.
  5. Step 5

    Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 385°F, then tap Start/Pause.
  6. Step 6

    Brush the olive oil mixture over the steamed artichoke halves and inside the leaves, then place cut-side-up onto the preheated crisper plate. Sprinkle the tops with parmesan cheese.
  7. Step 7

    Select the Air Fry function, adjust time to 8 minutes, then tap Start/Pause.
  8. Step 8

    Remove artichokes when they are crispy and golden brown, then serve.
