Step 1
Trim the ends off the artichokes and peel back the rough outer leaves. Slice each artichoke in half lengthwise, then rub each half with the lemon to prevent browning. -
Step 2
Steam the artichoke halves for 15-20 minutes, or until fork tender. -
Step 3
Combine the olive oil, garlic, zest of ½ a lemon, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl. -
Step 4
Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket. -
Step 5
Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 385°F, then tap Start/Pause. -
Step 6
Brush the olive oil mixture over the steamed artichoke halves and inside the leaves, then place cut-side-up onto the preheated crisper plate. Sprinkle the tops with parmesan cheese. -
Step 7
Select the Air Fry function, adjust time to 8 minutes, then tap Start/Pause. -
Step 8
Remove artichokes when they are crispy and golden brown, then serve.

- 2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese.
