 - Artichoke Wings with Vegan Ranch Dip


  1. Step 1

    Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Air Fryer then press Start/Pause

  2. Step 2

    Drain the artichoke hearts and pat dry with paper towels.

  3. Step 3

    Whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt in a large bowl until evenly distributed.

    Pour in the beer and whisk well until no lumps remain. The mixture should resemble pancake batter.

    Place the panko breadcrumbs in a separate medium bowl.  

  6. Step 6

    Line the preheated air fryer baskets with parchment paper.

  7. Step 7

    Dredge the artichoke hearts in the beer batter, then roll in the panko breadcrumbs.  

  8. Step 8

    Shake off any excess breadcrumbs, then place the dredged artichoke hearts into the lined air fryer baskets.  

  9. Step 9

    Spray the wings lightly with oil and insert into the preheated air fryer.

  10. Step 10

    Adjust temperature to 400°F and time to 10 minutes, press Shake, then press Start/Pause.

    Flip the wings and spray again halfway through cooking. The Shake Reminder will let you know when. 

  12. Step 12

    Combine all the dressing ingredients in a separate medium bowl and whisk together.

    Season to taste with kosher salt. Pour into a bowl for dipping.

    Remove the artichoke wings from the air fryer when done. 

  15. Step 15

    Serve immediately with the vegan ranch dressing.
