Step 1
Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket. -
Step 2
Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 365°F, then tap Start/Pause. -
Step 3
Combine the sweet potatoes with the cornstarch in a large bowl, then add the oil, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper and toss to combine. -
Step 4
Place the sweet potato wedges onto the preheated crisper plate. -
Step 5
Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 365°F and time to 16 minutes, then tap Start/Pause. -
Step 6
Flip the wedges over halfway through cooking. -
Step 7
Remove sweet potatoes when done and immediately season with salt. -
Step 8
Combine the cilantro-lime crema ingredients in a blender or a food processor fitted with the blade attachment and blend until smooth. -
Step 9
Serve sweet potato wedges with the cilantro-lime crema on the side.

- 1-pound sweet potatoes, cut into 1-inch-thick wedges
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ cup Crema Mexicana
- ⅓ cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- ½ jalapeno, roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 2 ½ tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
