Tomatoes: You can swap the cherry tomatoes for grape tomatoes.

Mozzarella: You can swap the fresh mozzarella pearls with regular fresh mozzarella and thinly slice it.

Instructions

PREPPING TILAPIA

  1. Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket. 
  2. Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 450°F, then tap Start/Pause. 
  3. Prep the tilapia: Spray both sides of the tilapia with avocado oil. Combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and chili powder in a small bowl, then season both sides of the tilapia with spice mixture. 

COOKING & ASSEMBLING THE TILAPIA

  1. Place the tilapia onto the preheated crisper plate. 
  2. Select the Broil function, adjust time to 6 minutes, then tap Start/Pause. 
  3. Remove tilapia when done, then gently flake into 1 ½ inch pieces. 
  4. Make the avocado crema: Combine all the avocado crema ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed. 
  5. Assemble the taco bites: Arrange tortilla chip scoops onto a serving platter. Add some shredded cabbage to the bottom of the chips, then top with a piece of tilapia, a dollop of avocado crema, and pickled red onion.  

Make the avocado crema the day before for fast assembly.
