Air Sweet Potato Wedges with Cilantro Lime Crema

 - Air Fryer Sweet Potato Wedges


  1. Step 1

    Cut the sweet potatoes in half crosswise, and then cut each half in half lengthwise.  Slice the halves into ½-inch wide wedges, as evenly as possible, until all of the potatoes are cut.  

  2. Step 2

    Place the sweet potato wedges with the olive oil, kosher salt, and smoked paprika in a bowl and toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.

  3. Step 3

    Select the Preheat function on the COSORI Air Fryer, adjust the temperature to 390°F, then press Start/Pause.

  4. Step 4

    Place the sweet potato wedges into the preheated air fryer basket.

  5. Step 5

    Set the temperature to 390°F and time to 22 minutes, then press Start/Pause.  

  6. Step 6

    Shake the basket halfway through the cooking time.

  7. Step 7

    Combine the cilantro lime crema ingredients in a blender or a food processor fitted with the blade attachment and blend until smooth, then set aside.

  8. Step 8

    Remove the sweet potato wedges when done and serve with the cilantro lime crema on the side.
