Step 1
Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket.

Scrape and discard the gills from the undersides of the mushrooms using a spoon.

Whisk the garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt, oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, and basil together in a medium bowl.

Genltly rub the marinade all over the mushroom, then let it marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Step 5
Remove the mushroom from the marinade.

Step 6
Place the mozzarella onto the crisper plate with the gill side facing down.

Step 7
Select Air Fry, adjust the temperature to 385°F and time to 8 minutes, then press Start/Pause.

Step 8
Flip the mushroom over and fill it with the cheese.

Step 9
Select Air Fry, adjust the temperature to 400°F and time to 2 minutes, then press Start/Pause.

Step 10
Remove the mushroom when done, then serve garnished with extra basil

- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped, plus more for garnish
- 1 /3, cup low moisture mozzarella cheese, shredded
