Directions

    Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket.
  2. Step 2

    Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 365°F, then press Start/Pause.
  3. Step 3

    Season the flesh side of the salmon filet with salt and pepper.
  4. Step 4

    Stir the olive oil, dill, garlic, and zest from 1 lemon together in a small bowl and brush the mixture onto the flesh side of the salmon.
  5. Step 5

    Slice half of the lemon into thin slices, then place onto the crisper plate. Place the salmon skin-side down on top of the lemon slices.
  6. Step 6

    Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 365°F and time to 12 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
  7. Step 7

    Remove the salmon when done, squeeze the remaining half lemon over the salmon, and serve.
