Step 1
Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket. -
Step 2
Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 365°F, then press Start/Pause. -
Step 3
Season the flesh side of the salmon filet with salt and pepper. -
Step 4
Stir the olive oil, dill, garlic, and zest from 1 lemon together in a small bowl and brush the mixture onto the flesh side of the salmon. -
Step 5
Slice half of the lemon into thin slices, then place onto the crisper plate. Place the salmon skin-side down on top of the lemon slices. -
Step 6
Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 365°F and time to 12 minutes, then press Start/Pause. -
Step 7
Remove the salmon when done, squeeze the remaining half lemon over the salmon, and serve.

- 1 large skin-on Atlantic salmon filet (12 ounces)
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 lemon
