 - Salmon & Quinoa Salad


  1. Step 1

    Select Preheat on the COSORI Air Fryer, adjust the temperature to 360°F, then press Start/Pause.

  2. Step 2

    Place the salmon filets into the air fryer skin side down.

  3. Step 3

    Set the temperature to 360°F and time to 3 minutes,then press Start/Pause.

  4. Step 4

    Open the basket, brush the salmon with olive oil and season it with salt and pepper.

    Set the temperature to 360°F and time to 7 minutes, then press Start/Pause.

    Place the remaining salad ingredients into a large bowl and toss together, then set aside.

    Combine the lemon juice, red wine vinegar, and chives in a small bowl and whisk together.  Slowly pour in the ¼ cup olive oil while whisking constantly until the dressing is emulsified, then season to taste with salt and pepper.  Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.

  8. Step 8

    Remove the salmon from the air fryer when done. Divide the salad and salmon filets among four plates, then serve.
