  1. Step 1

    Select the Preheat function on the COSORI Air Fryer, adjust the temperature to 400°F, then press Start/Pause.

    Combine carrots, brussels sprouts, diced butternut squash, garlic, olive oil, rice wine vinegar, kosher salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl and toss well.

  3. Step 3

    Place the vegetables into the preheated air fryer basket.

  4. Step 4

    Set the temperature to 400°Fand time to 16 minutes, then press Start/Pause.

  5. Step 5

    Shake the basket halfway through the cooking time.

  6. Step 6

    Remove the vegetables when done and serve garnished with the parsley leaves.
