Step 1
Let the beef roast sit at room temperature for 30 minutes prior to cooking.

Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket.

Place the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 355°F, then press Start/Pause.

Rub the beef roast all over with olive oil.

Step 5
Combine the rosemary, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, pat evenly all over the roast, then wrap the roast tightly in aluminum foil.

Place the roast onto the preheated crisper plate.

Step 7
Select the Bake function, adjust temperature to 355°F and time to 25 minutes, then press Start/Pause.

Step 8
Flip the roast over halfway through cooking.

Step 9
Open the foil when the timer goes off, pushing it down around the sides of the roast.

Step 10
Select the Broil function, adjust time to 6 minutes, then press Start/Pause.

Step 11
Remove the roast beef when done and let rest for 15 minutes, then slice and serve.

- Eye of Round Roast (1¼ to 1½ pounds)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- ½ tablespoon garlic powder
- ½ tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
