Step 1
Whip the butter in a medium bowl using an electric hand mixer until soft and fluffy, about 3 minutes.

Fold the rosemary, parsley, and garlic into the butter, then set aside once fully combined.

Rub the rack of lamb with extra virgin olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.

Massage the herbed butter gently all over the rack of lamb, including in between the frenched bones.

Step 5
Place the lamb directly into the Cosori Smart Air Fryer basket, without the crisper plate.

Step 6
Select the Roast function, adjust temperature to 365°F and time to 6 minutes, then press Start/Pause.

Step 7
Remove the lamb when done and allow to rest for 5 minutes.

Step 8
Slice the rack of lamb and serve immediately.

- 3 tablespoons (45 grams) fresh rosemary, leaves only, minced
- 2 tablespoons (30 grams) fresh parsley, minced
- 4 tablespoons (60 grams) garlic, minced
- ¾ pound (340 grams) rack of lamb, frenched
- 2 teaspoons (10 millilitres) extra virgin olive oil
- 4 teaspoons (20 grams) kosher salt, plus more as needed
- 3 teaspoons (15 grams) ground black pepper, plus more as needed
