 - Air Fryer Mini Turkey Meatloaves With Green Beans

    Whisk the glaze ingredients together in a medium bowl and set aside.

    Heat the olive oil in a small sauté pan over medium heat. Add the onions plus a pinch of salt and cook for 5 minutes, or until softened. Add the garlic and sauté for one more minute, then remove from the heat and set aside to cool.

    Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket.
  4. Step 4

    Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 385°F, then tap Start/Pause.
  5. Step 5

    Place the onions and garlic in a large bowl. Stir in the remaining salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, egg, and 2 tablespoons of the glaze. Add the ground turkey and breadcrumbs and mix until evenly combined.

    Form the mixture into 7 mini meatloaves, about 1 inch thick and 2½ inches long.

    Place the mini meatloaves on the preheated crisper plate. Spray the tops with oil spray.

    Select the Air Fry function, adjust time to 15 minutes, then tap Start/Pause.

    Toss the green beans with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place green beans next to the mini meatloaves when 10 minutes remain on the cook time.

    Glaze the mini meatloaves with the remaining glaze when 2 minutes remain on the cook time.

    Remove the mini meatloaves and green beans when done and serve.
