Step 1
Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket. -
Step 2
Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 370°F, then press Start/Pause. -
Step 3
Whisk together the hoisin sauce, lime juice, 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl, then set aside. -
Step 4
Combine the brussels sprouts, bell peppers, onion, 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil, and kosher salt to taste in a medium bowl. -
Step 5
Place the vegetables onto the preheated crisper plate, then arrange the salmon fillets on top and season the tops lightly with salt. Drizzle the hoisin glaze over the salmon and veggies. Sprinkle the salmon with sesame seeds. -
Step 6
Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 370°F and time to 12 minutes, then press Start/Pause. -
Step 7
7.Remove the salmon and veggies when done, then serve.

- 1 pound salmon, cut into 4 portions
- ¼ cup hoisin sauce
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 6 brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut into ¼-inch-thick slices
- 1 small red bell pepper, cut into ¼-inch-thick strips
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
- Kosher salt, to taste
- ½ teaspoon sesame seeds
