Directions

  1. Step 1

    Place the eggs into the Cosori Air Fryer.

  2. Step 2

    Set temperature to 270°F and time to 15 minutes, then press Start/Pause.

  3. Step 3

    Remove the eggs when done and place into an ice bath immediately to cool to room temperature.

  4. Step 4

    Peel the shells from the eggs and serve.

  5. Step 5

    Scoop out the yolks from the eggs and place them into a medium bowl. Place the egg whites onto a serving dish.

  6. Step 6

    Mash the yolks with a fork and add mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce, pickle brine or apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.

  7. Step 7

    Whisk until very smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

  8. Step 8

    Transfer the egg yolk mixture to a large resealable plastic bag or disposable pastry bag and snip off one corner with scissors.

  9. Step 9

    Pipe the filling evenly into the egg whites.

  10. Step 10

    Top with chives, smoked paprika, and bacon.

  11. Step 11

    Refrigerate for 25 minutes prior to serving.
