Directions

Step 1
Add water, soy sauce, salt, black peppercorns, garlic bulb, ginger, and green onions into a large pot and bring to a boil.

Place the pork belly into the seasoned broth and boil for 40 minutes uncovered. Make sure that the pork belly is fully submerged in the broth, if not add water until it is.

Step 3
Remove the pork belly from the water and pat dry.

Step 4
Allow the pork belly to cool for 1 hour.

Step 5
Pierce the skin of the pork belly with a fork repeatedly all over and sprinkle with salt.

Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Air Fryer and press Start/Pause.

Step 7
Place the pork belly into the preheated air fryer basket.

Step 8
Select the Steak function, adjust time to 40 minutes, and press Start/Pause.

Step 9
Remove the pork belly and allow to cool for 5 minutes

Step 10
Cut and serve.

- 1 cup soy sauce

- 2 teaspoons black peppercorns
- 1 whole garlic bulb, halved
- 2 inch piece ginger, sliced
- 3 green onions, cut into thirds
- 1½ pounds pork belly
