 - Air Fryer Chicken Thigh Skewers


  1. Step 1

    Combine the ketchup, dark brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large bowl. Transfer 2 tablespoons into a small bowl and set aside.

    Place the chicken pieces into the large bowl and toss to combine. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

    Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket.
  4. Step 4

    Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 385°F, then tap Start/Pause.
  5. Step 5

    Skewer the marinated chicken pieces, bell pepper, and onion pieces onto wood or metal skewers until you’ve used up all the chicken.
  6. Step 6

    Place the skewers onto the preheated crisper plate.
  7. Step 7

    Select the Air Fry function, adjust time to 14 minutes, then tap Start/Pause.
  8. Step 8

    Flip the skewers halfway through cooking and brush the reserved 2 tablespoons of marinade over the skewers.

    Remove the skewers when caramelized and golden brown, then serve.
