 - Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan Sliders


  1. Step 1

    Place the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried Italian seasoning in a shallow dish and stir to combine.

    Whisk together the eggs and milk in a separate bowl and set aside.
  3. Step 3

    Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket.
  4. Step 4

    Select the Preheat function and tap Start/Pause.
  5. Step 5

    Dip a chicken tender into the egg mixture, then into the breadcrumb mixture to completely coat. Repeat with the remaining chicken tenders.

    Spray both sides of the chicken tenders with olive oil spray.
  7. Step 7

    Place the chicken tenders onto the preheated crisper plate.
  8. Step 8

    Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 400°F and time to 13 minutes, then tap Start/Pause.

    Flip the chicken tenders halfway through cooking.

    Add 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce over the top of each chicken tender and top with a slice of mozzarella when 3 minutes remain on the timer.

    Remove the chicken when crispy, golden brown, and the cheese is melted. Transfer the chicken to a plate, sprinkle the tops with parsley, and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm.

    Stir together the melted butter and garlic in a small bowl. Brush the insides of the slider buns with the garlic butter mixture. If using dinner rolls, slice them in half lengthwise before brushing. Place half of the rolls onto the crisper plate, insides facing up.

    Select the Broil function, adjust time to 3 minutes, then tap Start/Pause.
  14. Step 14

    Remove the toasted buns and repeat with the remaining buns.
  15. Step 15

    Assemble the sliders by placing a chicken tender in between each bun, then secure with a toothpick if necessary. Serve while still warm.
