  1. Step 1

    Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket.
  2. Step 2

    Select the Preheat function and tap Start/Pause.
  3. Step 3

    Combine 2 tablespoons olive oil and the grated garlic in a small bowl, then brush onto both sides of the mushrooms. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper.

    Place the mozzarella, tomatoes, remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in the same bowl and stir to combine. Fill the mushrooms with the mozzarella tomato mixture.

    Place the mushrooms onto the preheated crisper plate.
  6. Step 6

    Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 400°F and time to 7 minutes, then tap Start/Pause.
  7. Step 7

    Remove the mushrooms when golden brown and carefully transfer to a serving dish.
  8. Step 8

    Sprinkle the tops with fresh basil and drizzle with the balsamic glaze, then serve.
