Step 1
Place the buttermilk, garlic, cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, honey, chipotles in adobo, paprika, salt, and cumin into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a resealable plastic bag, add the chicken breasts and submerge them completely, then seal the bag and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.

Remove the chicken from the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to grilling.

Place the cooking pot into the base of the COSORI Smart Indoor Grill, followed by the grill grate.

Select the Air Grill function on medium heat, adjust time to 10 minutes, press Shake, then press Start/Pause to preheat.

Place the 4 chicken pieces onto the preheated grill grate, then close the lid.

Stir the sauce ingredients together in a medium bowl and season to taste with kosher salt.

Flip the chicken over halfway through cooking. The Shake Reminder will let you know when.

Remove the chicken when done and let rest.

Remove the grill grate and place the basket into the cooking pot.

Spray the inside of the buns with oil spray and place them cut-side up into the basket.

Select the Broil function, adjust time to 5 minutes, and press the Preheat button to bypass preheating. Press Start/Pause to begin cooking.

Remove the buns when done, spread the inside of each with some of the sauce, top with a chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, and avocado, then serve.

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 5 garlic cloves, smashed
- ¼ bunch cilantro, washed
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
- ½ can chipotles in adobo
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved crosswise
- Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1 small cucumber, peeled and finely minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, very finely minced
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 1½ teaspoons paprika
- ¾ teaspoon ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- Kosher salt, to taste

- 4 sesame seed buns, halved
- Oil spray
- Fresh lettuce leaves, washed and torn
- 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and thinly sliced
