Step 1
Spread the mayonnaise on both sides of each slice of bread.

Assemble the sandwich by taking one slice of bread and layering 2 slices of cheddar, 3 slices of tomato, 3 slices of ham, 2 slices of provolone, and the other slice of sourdough on top. Repeat for the second sandwich.

Place the cooking pot into the base of the Cosori Smart Indoor Grill, followed by the grill grate.

Step 4
Select the Air Grill function on low heat, adjust temperature to 425°F (215°C) and time to 6 minutes, press Shake, thenpress Start/Pause to preheat.

Place the sandwiches onto the preheated grill grate, gently press down on each sandwich using a spatula, then close the lid.

Flip the sandwiches halfway through cooking and gently press down again on each sandwich using a spatula. The Shake Reminder will let you know when.

Remove the sandwiches when done and let cool for 2 minutes before slicing in half diagonally.

Serve immediately.
