Step 1
Combine the ground turkey, beaten egg, Worcestershire, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, panko breadcrumbs, and chopped jalapeno (if using) in a large bowl.Mix togetherusing clean hands until incorporated.

Form mixture into 4 equally sized patties, about ½-inch thick. Place patties onto a plate and store in the refrigerator while the grill preheats.

Place the cooking pot into the base of the COSORI Smart Indoor Grill, followed by the grill grate.

Step 4
Select the Air Grill function on high heat, adjust time to 8 minutes, press Shake, then press Start/Pause to preheat.

Place the patties onto the preheated grill grate, then close the lid.

Flip the patties over halfway through cooking. The Shake Reminder will let you know when. If making cheeseburgers, add a slice of cheese to each patty after flipping, when 1 minute remains.

Remove the burgers when done and place onto the bottom buns. Add your favorite condiments and toppings, then serve.

- 1 pound ground turkey (85% lean)
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs
- 1 jalapeno, finely chopped (optional)
- Sliced cheese (American, cheddar, or pepper jack), optional
- For Serving:
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes, sliced
- Red onion, sliced
- Bacon, cooked (optional)
- Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo)
