Step by Step

Let's brew

Rinse the Filter
Place the V60 filter in the dripper and rinse with hot water to remove papery taste and preheat the vessel.
Add Grounds
Add 35g of coffee, ground medium, and level the bed.
Bloom
Juni pours 70ml in a spiral pattern at 96°C using Flow Gear 3, with 5s vibration before and 5s after the pour, then pauses 30s before the next pour.
