Let's brew

  1. Rinse the Filter

    Place the flat-bottom filter in the dripper and rinse with hot water to remove papery taste and preheat the vessel.

  2. Add Grounds

    Add 39g of coffee, ground medium, and level the bed.

  3. Bloom

    Juni pours 80ml in a spiral pattern at 95°C using Flow Gear 3, with 10s vibration before and 5s after the pour, then pauses 30s before the next pour.
