Directions

  1. Step 1

    Combine the olive oil, eggs, milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a large bowl and whisk together for 2 minutes. Combine the sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl and whisk until incorporated. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold with a spatula to combine.

  2. Step 2

    Select Bake on the Cosori Air Fryer Toaster Oven, adjust time to 34 minutes, and press Start to preheat.

  3. Step 3

    Add cake batter to a greased 8-inch cake pan. Place the cake pan onto the food tray.

  4. Step 4

    Insert food tray into the preheated air fryer toaster oven and press Start.

  5. Step 5

    Remove cake when a cake tester inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool for 30 minutes, then remove the cake from the baking pan and place onto a cooling rack to cool completely.

  6. Step 6

    Top cake freshly whipped cream and fresh berries (optional).
