Directions: Whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, buttermilk, vanilla extract, and both sugars until smooth. Add the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, ginger, and nutmeg. Stir with a spatula until combined. Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Air Fryer, adjust temperature to 300°F, and press Start/Pause. Grease 2 mini loaf pans with oil spray. Pour the batter into the loaf pans, filling each ⅔ full. Make any leftover batter into muffins, if desired. Insert the loaf pans into the air fryer baskets. Set temperature to 300°F and time to 32 minutes, then press Start/Pause. Remove loaves when a toothpick inserted into the center of each comes out clean. Allow loaves to cool to room temperature before glazing. Beat the cream cheese and butter in a stand mixer until smooth. Add the powdered sugar, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Beat until smooth. Glaze the mini pumpkin spice loaves with the maple cream cheese glaze and top with chopped pecans or pumpkin seeds.

Pumpkin Spice Loaf

Directions: Combine the egg, Old Bay® Seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic, and salt in a large bowl and whisk until smooth. Add the crab meat and panko and gently fold the mixture together until combined, being careful not to shred the crab meat. Form mixture into 6 medium-sized patties. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Air Fryer, adjust temperature to 380°F, and press Start/Pause. Spray the air fryer baskets with spray oil, then arrange the crab cakes in a single layer inside the baskets. Spray the crab cakes with a light coat of spray oil. Set temperature to 380°F and time to 8 minutes, then press Start/Pause. Whisk together the lemon aioli ingredients in a medium bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper and set aside. Remove the crab cakes when done and serve immediately with the lemon aioli on the side.

Whisk together the grapeseed oil, chili powder, coriander, cumin, paprika, ginger, cayenne pepper, and salt in a large bowl. Dry the chicken wings thoroughly with paper towels, then toss them in the bowl with the seasoning until evenly coated. Arrange the wings in a single layer inside the air fryer baskets, skin side down. Set temperature to 380°F and time to 20 minutes, press Shake, then press Start/Pause. Flip the wings halfway through cooking. The Shake Reminder will let you know when. Whisk together the raita ingredients, and then season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove the wings from the air fryer when done and serve immediately with the mango raita on the side.

Chili Cumin Wings with Mango Cilantro Raita

Directions: Whisk together the grapeseed oil, sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the marinade. Reserve 1 tablespoon of the marinade for later use. Add the salmon and marinade to a resealable freezer bag and seal. Shake to coat the salmon with the marinade. Marinate the salmon in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Air Fryer, adjust temperature to 350°F, then press Start/Pause. Spray the inner air fryer basket with oil spray. Remove salmon from the marinade and place in the preheated air fryer baskets. Select the Seafood function, then press Start/Pause. Remove the salmon when done and transfer onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Allow the salmon to rest for 3 minutes before serving. Garnish with white sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with white rice and Chinese broccoli or Bok Choy.

Place the chickpeas into the preheated air fryer basket. Set temperature to 400°F and time to 12 minutes, press Shake, then press Start/Pause. Shake the chickpeas halfway through cooking. The Shake Reminder will let you know when. Remove the chickpeas when golden and crispy. Combine all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl, then whisk until smooth. Adjust consistency by adding more hot water if too thick. Prepare the salad by removing the ribs from the kale. Slice the kale leaves into ¾-inch-thick ribbons. Place the kale in a large mixing bowl. Add the olive oil and lemon juice, then massage the kale with your hands to soften the texture and reduce the bitterness. Add as much dressing as you like and toss to coat. Whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt in a large bowl until evenly distributed. Pour in the beer and whisk well until no lumps remain. The mixture should resemble pancake batter. Place the panko breadcrumbs in a separate medium bowl. Line the preheated air fryer baskets with parchment paper. Dredge the artichoke hearts in the beer batter, then roll in the panko breadcrumbs. Shake off any excess breadcrumbs, then place the dredged artichoke hearts into the lined air fryer baskets. Spray the wings lightly with oil and insert into the preheated air fryer. Adjust temperature to 400°F and time to 10 minutes, press Shake, then press Start/Pause. Artichoke Wings with Vegan Ranch Dip

Directions: Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Air Fryer, adjust temperature to 380°F, and press Start/Pause. Peel the membrane from the back of the ribs by sliding a dinner knife under the membrane and over the bone. Lift and loosen the membrane until it tears, then hold the edge of the membrane with a paper towel to pull it off. (Note: The membrane may come off in one whole piece, or you may need to remove it in smaller pieces.) Cut the rack into 3 equal sections, then dry the ribs thoroughly with paper towels. Combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and mustard powder in a small bowl and mix until combined. Season the ribs on both sides with the spice mixture. Wrap each section of ribs tightly with foil, then place the ribs meat-side down into the preheated air fryer basket. Set temperature to 380°F and time to 25 minutes, then press Start/Pause. Remove the ribs when done and carefully unwrap the aluminum foil. Brush the ribs on each side with barbecue sauce, then place them back into the air fryer basket meat-side up. Set temperature to 380°F and time to 10 minutes, then press Start/Pause. Muddle the jalapeno with the back of a wooden spoon until the jalapeno breaks down slightly. Juice ½ lime into each glass. Add 3 tablespoons mango puree into each glass. Add 1 tablespoon of chamoy sauce into each glass. Stir together. Pour 1 beer into each glass and stir gently. Enjoy!

Pinch the edges of the dough together to cover the red bean ball and roll to make a ball. Roll each ball into white sesame seeds. Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Air Fryer, adjust to 350°F, and press Start/Pause. Place the sesame seed balls into the preheated air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
