Directions
STEP 1
Fill the inner pot of the Cosori Rice Cooker with water until it reaches the steam line.
STEP 2
Place the vegetables into the steam basket, then place the steam basket into the rice cooker.
STEP 3
Set Mode to Steam, then tap Start. Check on the cauliflower and broccoli after 8 minutes if you like your vegetables crisper.
STEP 4
Remove the steam basket and transfer the vegetables to a bowl, then serve with brown rice.
STEP 5
Sprinkle granulated sugar all over the crust and the top of the galette.
STEP 6
Place the galette into the preheated air fryer.
STEP 7
Set the temperature to 330°F and time to 35 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
STEP 8
Remove the galette when done, then cut into 6 wedges and serve.
STEP 9
Invert the ramekins onto plates, then dust with powdered sugar and serve.
STEP 10
Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 375°F, then press Start/Pause.
STEP 11
Place 2 of the ramekins onto the crisper plate. You will need to work in batches.
STEP 12
Set temperature to 375°F and time to 9 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
STEP 13
Remove the mini pot pies when done, then serve.
