Zaatar Chicken Wings

1½ pounds chicken wings

2 tablespoons za’atar

Directions
STEP 1
Select the Preheat function on the COSORI Air Fryer, adjust temperature to 400°F, then press Start/Pause.
STEP 2
Dry the chicken wings thoroughly with paper towels, then toss with the za’atar, cornstarch, sesame oil, and salt until evenly coated.
STEP 3
Place the wings into the preheated air fryer basket.
STEP 4
Set temperature to 390°F and time to 19 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
STEP 5
Flip the wings over halfway through cooking
STEP 6
Whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, garlic, dill, parsley, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and Worcestershire sauce.
STEP 7
Add ice water slowly one tablespoon at a time, whisking between additions, until the sauce is thinned out to the consistency of a creamy salad dressing. Adjust the seasoning to taste with salt.
STEP 8
Remove the wings when done, then serve with the tahini sauce on the side.
STEP 9
Flip the pretzels over halfway through cooking.
STEP 10
Remove the pretzel bites when done, toss with melted butter and sprinkle with flaky salt, then serve with honey mustard on the side.
STEP 11
Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve garnished with the chopped parsley.
STEP 13
Remove the lasagna when done and garnish with basil, then serve.
STEP 14
Remove the empanadas when done and brush again lightly with the egg wash for shine while they are still very hot, then serve with the chimichurri on the side.
