Yuzu Ginger Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces

2 tablespoons bottled yuzu juice
+
½ tablespoon yuzu kosho
+
1 tablespoon tahini
+
½ tablespoon lemongrass paste
+
1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
+
1 tablespoon sesame oil
+
1½ teaspoons ginger, grated
+
1 garlic clove, grated
+
1½ teaspoons kosher salt
+
2 green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish
+
Flaky sea salt, for garnish
+
Sesame seeds, for garnish

4 metal or wooden skewers

Directions
STEP 1
Combine all the ingredients except the onions, flaky sea salt, and sesame seeds in a bowl and mix well. Cover and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
STEP 2
Skewer the chicken evenly between the skewers.
STEP 3
Place the crisper plate into the Cosori Smart Air Fryer basket, then place the skewers onto the crisper plate.
STEP 4
Select the Steak function, adjust time to 10 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
STEP 5
Remove the skewers when done.
STEP 6
Garnish the skewers with green onions, flaky sea salt, and sesame seeds, then serve.
