Honey and Soy Marinated Salmon

Ingredients

+

1 tablespoon grapeseed oil 

+

1 tablespoon honey 

+

1 garlic clove, minced 

+

¼ teaspoon salt 

+

2 salmon fillets (4 ounces each) 

+

½ teaspoon white sesame seeds, toasted, for garnish 

+

White rice, for serving 


Items Needed:

Sheet pan

+

¼ teaspoon sesame oil 

+

1 tablespoon soy sauce (or liquid aminos) 

+

1 tablespoon green onion, chopped, plus more for garnish 

+

⅛ teaspoon ground white pepper 

+

Oil spray 

+

Chinese broccoli or Bok Choy, for serving

Pro Air Fryer

Directions

STEP 1

Whisk together the grapeseed oil, sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the marinade.  

STEP 2

Reserve 1 tablespoon of the marinade for later use.  

STEP 3

Add the salmon and marinade to a resealable freezer bag and seal. Shake to coat the salmon with the marinade.

STEP 4

Marinate the salmon in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.  

STEP 5

Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Air Fryer, adjust temperature to 350°F, then press Start/Pause

STEP 6

Spray the inner air fryer basket with oil spray. 

STEP 7

Remove salmon from the marinade and place in the preheated air fryer baskets. 

STEP 8

Select the Seafood function, then press Start/Pause

STEP 9

Remove the salmon when done and transfer onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

STEP 10

Allow the salmon to rest for 3 minutes before serving. Garnish with white sesame seeds and green onions. 

STEP 11

Serve with white rice and Chinese broccoli or Bok Choy.
