Cranberry Baked Brie

Directions
STEP 1
Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Air Fryer, adjust temperature to 350°F, then press Start/Pause.
STEP 2
Place the cold brie on top of parchment paper into the preheated air fryer and season the top with ground black pepper.
STEP 3
Set temperature to 350°F and time to 10 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
STEP 4
Let the brie sit in the basket before removing.
STEP 5
Spoon cranberry sauce onto the brie and garnish with chopped walnuts, then serve with crackers.
STEP 6
Remove the dough from the refrigerator, divide the dough into portions, and keep them covered until ready to use.
STEP 7
Whisk an egg and 1 tablespoon of water together in a small bowl to make an egg wash.
STEP 8
Roll the dough portions out to ¼ to ⅛-inch-thick rounds using a rolling pin on a floured surface. Fill each dough round with 2 tablespoons of the filling, then fold the dough over the filling.

Fold the edges of the dough over each other starting at one end and ending at the other to seal. Alternatively, press the edges of the dough together with the tines of a fork to seal.
STEP 10
Brush the tops of the empanadas with the egg wash.
STEP 11
Select the Preheat function on the COSORI Air Fryer, adjust temperature to 375°F, then press Start/Pause.
STEP 12
Place the empanadas into the air fryer basket.
STEP 13
Set temperature to 375°F and time to 8 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
STEP 14
Remove the empanadas when done and brush again lightly with the egg wash for shine while they are still very hot, then serve with the chimichurri on the side.
