1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

2 bone-in pork chops
+
2 eggs, beaten
+
1½ cups panko breadcrumbs
+
Oil spray

1 small shallot, finely minced
+
1 garlic clove, minced
+
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
+
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
+
½ cup vegetable broth
+
1 tablespoon capers
+
½ lemon, juiced
+
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
+
1 tablespoon heavy cream

Directions
STEP 1
Whisk together the all-purpose flour, Italian seasoning, ground black pepper, garlic powder, kosher salt, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl until well combined.
STEP 2
Pat the pork chops dry, then dredge in the flour mixture.
STEP 3
Dip the pork chops into the beaten eggs.
STEP 4
Cover a tray with breadcrumbs, then place the pork chops onto the tray.
STEP 5
Pack the breadcrumbs onto the pork chops until fully coated.
STEP 6
Select the Preheat function on the COSORI Air Fryer, adjust temperature to 350°F, then press Start/Pause.
STEP 7
Spray both sides of the pork chops generously with oil spray, then place into the preheated air fryer.
STEP 8
Set temperature to 370°F and time to 10 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
STEP 9
Flip the pork chops halfway through cooking.
STEP 10
Sauté the shallots, garlic, and butter in a small saucepan until the shallots are translucent.
STEP 11
Add the flour and cook for 2 minutes, then whisk in the vegetable broth.
STEP 12
Remove the saucepan from the heat after 2 minutes. Add the capers, lemon juice, parsley, and heavy cream, then stir to combine.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve with the pork chops.

Remove the lasagna when done and garnish with basil, then serve.
STEP 14
Remove the empanadas when done and brush again lightly with the egg wash for shine while they are still very hot, then serve with the chimichurri on the side.
