Frequently asked questions

Where should I place the air fryer?

We recommend placing your air fryer on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Make sure you keep it away from areas that can be damaged by steam (such as walls or cupboards). Please Leave 5 inches / 13 cm of space behind and above the air fryer.

How do I shake my food?

  • It’s easy! Hold the basket just above a heat-resistant surface and shake it. Make sure you don’t press the basket release button while you shake.
  • If the basket is too heavy to shake, set it down on a heat-resistant surface. Separate the baskets and make sure no liquids are dripping. Carefully shake the basket. Do not use this method if there is a risk of hot liquids splashing.
  • If the baskets are too heavy to shake and there are hot liquids present, we recommend using tongs to mix or flip your food.

How do I pause cooking?

There are easy ways to pause cooking:

  • Tap the Start/Pause button to pause cooking. Remember, the air fryer will automatically turn off after 30 minutes of inactivity.
  • You can also pause cooking by removing the basket. Simply return the basket to the air fryer to resume cooking.

How do I switch between temperature units?

Press and hold the Temp “^” and Temp “v” button for 3 seconds. The air fryer will beep once and the temperature unit will change from Fahrenheit to Celsius.

What are cooking functions?

Our helpful cooking functions take stress out of the equation by giving you preset times and temperatures for cooking different types of food. Simply choose a function and tap Start!
