Directions

  1. Step 1

    Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, cooked bacon, parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper 

  2. Step 2

    Preheat the air fryer to 330°F for 5 minutes.  

  3. Step 3

    Spray the inside of a 4 cup egg bites mold with cooking spray 

  4. Step 4

    Pour the egg mixture evenly between the molds.

  5. Step 5

    Distribute spinach evenly between the muffin cups mixing it in.  

  6. Step 6

    Place the egg bites mold in the preheated air fryer basket. 

  7. Step 7

    Cook at 330°F for 7 minutes.

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 4 strips cooked bacon, chopped
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Pinch black pepper
  • Cooking spray
  • ¾ cup spinach, chopped
