COMBINE the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, spices, salt, pepper, and Parmesan and mix well.
Add the ground beef, egg, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix gently with your hands until just combined; avoid overmixing to keep the meatballs tender.
Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket.
Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 380°F, then press Start/Pause.
Scoop the mixture into 1½-inch portions and roll gently into balls (about 20 meatballs).
Spray the preheated crisper plate with cooking spray, then arrange the meatballs in a single layer, leaving space between each.
Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 380°F and time to 10 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
Shake the basket halfway through cooking. The Shake Reminder function will let you know when.
Remove the meatballs when golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
Warm the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat, add the meatballs, and simmer gently for 3-5 minutes to coat. Top with shredded cheese and fresh parsley, then serve.
