Step 1
Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Air Fryer, adjust temperature to 380°F, and press Start/Pause.

Step 2
Peel the membrane from the back of the ribs by sliding a dinner knife under the membrane and over the bone. Lift and loosen the membrane until it tears, then hold the edge of the membrane with a paper towel to pull it off.
- Note: The membrane may come off in one whole piece, or you may need to remove it in smaller pieces.

Step 3
Cut the rack into 3 equal sections, then dry the ribs thoroughly with paper towels.

Combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and mustard powder in a small bowl and mix until combined.

Season the ribs on both sides with the spice mixture.

Wrap each section of ribs tightly with foil, then place the ribs meat-side down into the preheated air fryer basket.

Step 7
Set temperature to 380°F and time to 25 minutes, then press Start/Pause.

Step 8
Remove the ribs when done and carefully unwrap the aluminum foil.

Step 9
Brush the ribs on each side with barbecue sauce, then place them back into the air fryer basket meat-side up.

Step 10
Set temperature to 380°F and time to 10 minutes, then press Start/Pause.

Step 11
Remove the ribs from the air fryer when done and let cool slightly before serving.

- 1½ teaspoons smoked paprika
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1½ teaspoons garlic powder
